Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Alpha Pressure Washing website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the website or use our services.
Services
Alpha Pressure Washing provides professional pressure washing and exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in North Georgia. Our services include:
- Residential pressure washing
- Commercial pressure washing
- Driveway and sidewalk cleaning
- Deck and patio cleaning
- House siding cleaning
- Roof cleaning
- HOA services
Quotes and Estimates
Free quotes and estimates provided by Alpha Pressure Washing are approximate and subject to change based on actual site conditions, scope of work, and any unforeseen circumstances discovered during the service.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Scheduling: Services are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less.
Property Access and Preparation
You agree to provide clear access to all areas to be serviced, access to an outdoor water source, removal or protection of valuable or fragile items from work areas, and notification of any known hazards or special considerations. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items not properly secured or removed.
Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work and guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please notify us within 7 days of service completion so we can make it right.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Pressure Washing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.
